Your privacy is paramount. M-Family Finance is engineered from the ground up with a privacy-by-design architecture. We never monetize your records, and we strictly enforce isolated family data boundaries.
M-Family Finance is developed and operated by M-Prime Group (https://m-pg.in/), serving as the sole data controller. All platform engineering, database hosting, security maintenance, and support operations are managed under M-Prime Group standards.
We collect only the information essential to operate your collaborative workspace: (1) Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and secure account credentials; (2) Financial Records: Wallets, transaction entries, category budgets, loans, and savings goals; (3) Specialized Module Data: Fundraising campaigns, donor contributions, event budget items, staff payroll histories, and membership dues schedules; (4) Billing Records: Currency preference (USD or INR), subscription tier, invoice history, and verified payment identifiers.
M-Prime Group has a strict, absolute policy: We do NOT sell, rent, broker, or trade your personal or financial records to data brokers, advertising platforms, or commercial third parties under any circumstances.
All subscription payments in USD, INR, and other currencies are handled directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (such as Stripe or Razorpay). We never capture, view, or store raw credit/debit card numbers or sensitive banking passwords on our servers.
All user data and financial records are protected by our secure system architecture. Family workspaces are protected by a strong management system ensuring that one family workspace can never view or access another family's records.
You retain complete ownership of your records. You can export your data in CSV and PDF formats at any time. You may also update your information or request complete permanent deletion of your account and records by contacting M-Prime Group.
We only use strictly necessary cookies for session authentication and user interface preferences (such as light/dark mode and language). We do not deploy invasive third-party ad tracking scripts.
