M-Family Finance is an organizational financial tracking and collaborative management software platform developed, owned, and run by M-Prime Group (m-pg.in). It is non-custodial, does not provide banking or certified investment advice, and supports native multi-currency operations (including USD and INR).
M-Family Finance is developed, owned, and operated by M-Prime Group. All software architectures, codebases, interfaces, visual designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of M-Prime Group.
By accessing or using M-Family Finance ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and M-Prime Group (https://m-pg.in/). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
M-Family Finance provides digital financial tracking, collaborative budgeting, and administrative management tools. M-Prime Group is not a chartered bank, broker-dealer, or custodial trustee. The platform does not hold monetary deposits, settle banking transactions, or provide fiduciary financial services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities within your workspace. Family Administrators may invite members and assign clear permissions via our strong management system.
We provide monthly and annual subscription plans with native multi-currency support, including US Dollars (USD) and Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the paid period. Official tax-compliant invoices and receipts are issued under M-Prime Group.
Our platform includes modules for Wallets, Transactions, Category Budgets, Bills, Loans, Savings Goals, Community Fundraising, Donations, Event Budgets, Staff Payroll, and Membership Dues. You agree to use these modules solely for lawful personal, household, committee, or group administration.
The Fundraising and Donation modules allow authorized users to record and organize contributions for personal, community, or charitable causes. M-Family Finance provides accounting and ledger tracking tools only and does not operate as an escrow agent or crowdfunding guarantor. Campaign creators are solely responsible for the authenticity, tax status, and lawful usage of collected funds.
The Payroll module facilitates salary scheduling, historical record-keeping, and payslip generation for household employees, domestic staff, and group aides. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable labor laws, minimum wage statutes, tax withholdings, and statutory social contributions in their respective jurisdictions.
The Membership Dues module enables clubs, societies, residential welfare committees, and organizations to schedule collection cycles and generate verified digital receipts. M-Prime Group bears no responsibility for internal dues disputes, collection enforcement, or organizational governance.
You agree not to misuse our systems, reverse engineer APIs, conduct unauthorized stress testing, circumvent security controls, upload malicious payloads, or store fraudulent data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M-Prime Group, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from user financial decisions, calculation errors, or third-party service outages.
You may close your account and export your data at any time. M-Prime Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate security or platform integrity policies.
